Universe Table 6: Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan – Applicable Integrated Plan Reductions, Suspensions, and Terminations (AIP)
The ODAG universe, required only of DSNP-AIPs, listing cases where a previously approved service was reduced, suspended or terminated.
Table 6 must be submitted by every sponsoring organization determined to be an applicable integrated plan and notified by CMS of that status. It includes all integrated organization determination cases where a previously approved service is being reduced, suspended or terminated, limited to Medicare-coverable benefits. Pre-service cases are excluded, and the date the DSNP-AIP notified the enrollee (Column H) must fall within the period.
