Universe Table 5: Part C Standard and Expedited Grievances (GRV_C)
The ODAG universe listing every grievance the plan responded to during the review period.
Table 5 lists all grievances the sponsoring organization responded to during the universe request period; the notification date (Column Q or S) must fall within the period. A grievance with multiple issues is one line item unless separate notifications were issued. Withdrawn and dismissed grievances, and complaints filed only in the CTM, are excluded.
