Universe Table 2: Standard and Expedited Pre-service Reconsiderations (RECON)
The ODAG universe listing every pre-service reconsideration (plan-level appeal) approved, denied, auto-forwarded or dismissed.
Table 2 lists all pre-service reconsideration requests the sponsoring organization approved, denied, auto-forwarded to the IRE or dismissed during the universe request period. It includes supplemental-service and Part B drug requests. The Date of Determination (Column P) must fall within the period.
