Universe Table 1: Standard and Expedited Pre-service Organization Determinations (OD)
The ODAG universe listing every pre-service coverage request the plan approved, denied or dismissed in the review period.
Table 1 lists all pre-service organization determination requests the sponsoring organization approved, denied or dismissed during the universe request period, including supplemental-service and Part B drug requests. The Date of Determination (Column P) must fall within the period. Requests processed as reconsiderations, payments, reopenings or withdrawals are excluded.
