Universe integrity testing

CMS's check, on 10 sampled cases per universe, that universe data matches the plan's systems and documents.

CMS selects 10 cases from each of Tables 1-6 (60 in total) and, before field work, holds a webinar with the plan to verify the data and confirm effectuation of approved requests. A universe's integrity is questioned if data points for a sampled case are incomplete, do not match, or cannot be verified. Sample selections are provided about one hour before the webinar.
