Transition notice
Notice sent to an enrollee and their prescriber about a transition fill. CMS checks it was appropriate, timely and accurate.
Supporting documentation for a case includes the enrollee transition notice and the prescriber transition notice and/or prescriber notification. Compliance standard 2.2 reviews the 30 targeted samples to make sure enrollees and prescribers got appropriate, timely and accurate transition fill notices.
