Timeliness test
A test run across a whole universe to check that each case met its required deadline.
CMS conducts timeliness tests at the universe level, comparing dates and times in each row against the applicable deadline. Examples include notifying a standard pre-service OD within 14 calendar days of receipt, or effectuating an expedited IRE reversal within 72 hours.
