Time format (HH:MM:SS)
Times are entered as 24-hour hours, minutes and seconds, e.g. 23:59:59.
Time fields are submitted in HH:MM:SS military time format, with 23:59:59 as the example. Time fields have a length of 8 characters. They are generally required for expedited requests (and, in Tables 1 and 4, Part B drug requests).
