Supporting documentation
Case-file evidence, such as screenshots, notices and call notes, the sponsor uploads so CMS can verify each sampled case.
Each case is evaluated for compliance with Part D contract requirements, and the sponsor must be able to save and upload screenshots of relevant documentation. Supporting documentation is due within two business days of the request.
