Standards of Conduct / Code of Conduct
The organization's written statement of compliance expectations, which CMS reviews with its compliance policies and procedures.
CMS assesses whether the written policies, procedures, and standards of conduct state the organization's commitment to comply with all applicable Federal and State standards and describe compliance expectations. The document in effect at any time during the audit review period is requested as supplemental documentation.
