Standard and Expedited Grievances universe (GRV_D)
CDAG Universe Table 6: every Part D grievance the sponsor responded to in the review period.
Table 6 includes all grievances the sponsoring organization responded to, and the notification date (Column P or R) must fall within the period. A grievance with multiple issues is one line item unless separate notifications were issued. Withdrawn and dismissed grievances, and complaints filed only in the CTM, are excluded.
