Special Needs Plans Enrollees (SNPE) universe
SNPCC Universe Table 1: a list of all current SNP enrollees as of the date of the audit engagement letter.
SNPE is the only universe requested in an SNPCC audit. It lists all current SNP enrollees as of the engagement letter date, each enrollee only once, including enrollees whose disenrollment is effective at the end of the month the letter is received. Enrollments received before the letter but not effective until the following month are excluded. It has 14 fields (Column IDs A-N) covering enrollee identity, plan, HRA dates, risk level, ICP date and ICT status.
