Repeating Reject Reason Code / Pharmacy Message pairs
In FA rejected-claim layouts, the Reject Reason Code and Pharmacy Message pair repeats once for every reject code on the claim.
Tables 1, 2 and 2IA repeat the Reject Reason Code field as many times as needed, each followed by its Pharmacy Message field. NA fills whichever half of a pair has no value. If messaging cannot be separated, it may all go in the first Pharmacy Message field, with NA in the later ones.
