Re-opened case
A case the sponsor re-opened. Its received date and time are when it was re-opened; the original decision is a separate case.
Re-opened Approved and Re-opened Denied are Request Determination values in Tables 1-4. The received date and time are the moment the decision to re-open was made. The original determination is a separate case and must also be in the universe if its determination date falls within the review period.
