Primary Care Provider (PCP)
The enrollee's primary care provider, whom CMS expects to be involved in care coordination and invited onto the enrollee's ICT.
Standard 1.9 checks whether the enrollee's PCP was involved in coordination of care and communications, e.g. through ICT meeting attendee lists. Table 1IA Column V asks whether there is evidence the PCP was invited to take part in the enrollee's ICT.
