Payment redetermination
A redetermination of a payment request. It must be issued within 14 calendar days and paid, when applicable, within 30 calendar days.
Payment redeterminations go in Universe Table 3 (PYMT_D) and are excluded from Table 4. The sponsor must issue the redetermination no later than 14 calendar days after receipt and make payment, when applicable, no later than 30 calendar days after receipt.
