CDAG Universe Table 3: Part D payment coverage determinations and payment redeterminations decided in the review period. Dates only, no times.
Table 3 lists payment coverage determinations and redeterminations approved, denied, re-opened approved, re-opened denied, auto-forwarded to the IRE or dismissed. Column L records whether the request was a payment coverage determination or a payment redetermination. The table has date fields only and excludes withdrawn requests.
