Payment coverage determination
A Part D coverage determination on a request for payment. The sponsor must notify and pay, when applicable, within 14 calendar days.
Payment coverage determinations are reported in Universe Table 3 (PYMT_D) and excluded from Table 1. The sponsor must notify its determination and make any payment no later than 14 calendar days after receipt.
