Notification date
Notification dates and times record when notice was actually provided, not when a letter was generated or printed.
Written notification fields capture the date (and time, where required) the notice was provided to the enrollee or provider. The layouts say not to enter the date or time a letter was generated or printed. Oral notification is recorded in separate date and time fields.
