National Drug Code (NDC)
The 11-digit drug code entered in NDC 11 format with the separators between labeler, product and package size removed.
Tables 1-5 record the NDC in Column G. If the pharmacy or delegate submitted fewer than 11 characters or a blank, populate it as submitted; if it submitted more than 11 characters, enter valueXeeded. For multi-ingredient compound claims, use the NDC as it would be submitted on a paid claim's PDE.
