Integrated organization determination and integrated reconsideration
A DSNP-AIP's coverage decision and its plan-level appeal, reported in Table 6.
Table 6 covers integrated organization determinations in which a DSNP-AIP reduces, suspends or terminates a previously approved service. The enrollee must be notified at least 10 calendar days before the action takes effect. Integrated reconsiderations must be resolved in writing within 30 calendar days (44 with an extension) if standard, or 72 hours (17 calendar days with an extension) if expedited.
