Impact analysis
A file listing every request affected by a noncompliance CMS found, built on a universe record layout and due in 10 business days.
When noncompliance is identified, the sponsor must submit each requested impact analysis covering all contracts and PBPs in the engagement letter, using one of the universe record layouts. It must include all requests impacted during the impact analysis request period, and submissions that do not strictly follow the layout are rejected.
