Governing body
The organization's top oversight group, which must oversee the Medicare compliance program and receive annual compliance training.
CMS assesses whether the governing body exercised oversight of the Medicare compliance program and received reports of compliance issues. Governing body members must get annual compliance training, and their training records are supporting documentation.
