EXC-10 (field value)
The value entered in the SNPE initial HRA date field when the IHRA date is more than 10 years ago.
In SNPE Column ID K (Date Initial HRA was completed), EXC-10 replaces the date when the IHRA happened more than 10 years ago. Otherwise the field holds a CCYY/MM/DD date, or None if no HRA was completed within 90 days before or after the enrollment effective date.
