Enrollee
The Medicare member a request or grievance is about; code E when the enrollee made the request.
Every universe row identifies an enrollee by name and Medicare Beneficiary Identifier. In the 'Who made the request?' fields, E means the enrollee made the request. Many notification fields record the date and time the enrollee was told of a decision.
