Coverage Determination Exception Requests universe (CDER)
CDAG Universe Table 2: every Part D coverage determination exception request decided, re-opened, auto-forwarded or dismissed in the review period.
Table 2 holds exception requests only; non-exception coverage determinations, payment coverage determinations, direct member reimbursement requests and withdrawals are excluded. The Date of Determination (Column X) must fall within the period. A request with several exception types that includes a tiering exception is entered as a tiering exception.
