Corrective action
A step taken to correct deficiencies found by an oversight activity. The COA universe records whether one was required.
COA Column K records Y if any deficiencies required a corrective action, N if none did, or TBD if this is not yet decided for an ongoing activity. Tracer case summaries must give a timeline of corrective actions implemented, or say when they are expected to be completed.
