Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA)
The act behind the at-risk determinations that CDAG Universe Table 7 (AR) reports.
The protocol names Universe Table 7 after the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act. Determinations in that table are made under 42 CFR 423.153(f) and decide whether an enrollee is at risk for prescription drug abuse.
