Complaints Tracking Module (CTM)
A CMS complaint system in HPMS; complaints filed only there are excluded from the grievance universe.
Table 5 excludes complaints filed only within the CTM. If a complaint was processed in the CTM and was also received as a grievance, the CTM complaint is excluded but the grievance, as processed by the sponsoring organization, is included.
