CARA At-Risk Determination universe (AR)
CDAG Universe Table 7: every determination that an enrollee is, or is not, at risk for prescription drug abuse under 42 CFR 423.153(f).
Table 7 lists at-risk determinations under the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA) drug management program, one line item per determination. The date the determination was made (Column I) must fall within the period. Appeals of at-risk determinations are excluded, and the table has date fields only.
