Auto-forward to the IRE
Sending a reconsideration to the IRE automatically when the plan did not decide it in time.
Table 2 includes reconsideration requests auto-forwarded to the IRE. If a reconsidered case was untimely, the plan must document that it auto-forwarded the request to the IRE. Dismissed reconsiderations are no longer automatically forwarded; instead the plan must tell parties of their right to request IRE review.
