Annual Health Re-assessment (AHRA)

A repeat HRA due within 365 days of the prior HRA completion date, or of enrollment if no initial HRA was done.

Standard 1.2 tests whether AHRAs were timely for enrollees continuously enrolled 365 days or more, or new enrollees who missed the initial HRA deadline. An AHRA is due within 365 days of the prior HRA completion date, or of the enrollment date if no initial HRA was conducted. Table 2IA records the AHRA due date, completion date, outreach attempts and any refusal.
