0 (no deficiencies)
In the COA universe, the value for Number of Deficiencies (Column I) when an activity found no deficiencies.
Because no field may be blank, an activity with no deficiencies has 0 in Column I and NA in Column J. If deficiencies have yet to be identified for an ongoing activity, Column I takes TBD instead.
